Assuming it makes a racket when turned over (as apposed to simply not starting) then it's pretty obvious what the problem will be.
At BEST you're looking at head re-shim, new con-rod plus various head / sump gaskets and so on.
That assumes you didn't wreak the crankshaft bearing shell and that the piston/cylinder is still in good condition.
You could ask for a quote for doing that but I suspect it will be rather high
Also you might end up with an unbalanced engine, compared to how it came out of the factory - not to mention hidden issues which might show up after the work is done - so replacement would seem the safest bet to me.
