Technical Fiat stilo 1,6 16v fuel , 2002 year throttle problem - go in safe mode?

I have fiat stilo 1.6 16v , 103HP , 2002 year . I have this error code P1121 , P1686 , P1687 , P1220, and my car go in safe mode and go only to 3000rpm
I change throttle valve and nothing changed. I post bellow picture what my diagnostic read
