General Warning lights after break fix

Hi Everyone,

I just had my front disks and pads replaced on my scudo van now the battery light is coming on aswell as the power streering warning and the abs warning light!!!

Can anyone help me understand why this is happening?

Hi,
sounds odd,
probably upset an earth wire,

worth checking the pad wear indicator 1st..,
maybe look at the wiring / plug on the brake fluid reservoir too, ( easier access..!!)

Hi Charlie,

Thanks for replying he said he never connected the pad wear indicator as the new pads never had one can this get connected to any set of pads?

he is my neices boyfriend and he a very young mechanic

ahh well we have our problem the fan belt was snapped
