Technical No glow plug light

Morning all just a quick one
I have a 04 scudo 2.0 and it's failing to start turns over fine just will not fire.
There is no glow plug light on the dash and the temperature gauge going from low to max 3 times then sits at the bottom.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to get back to work

Have you checked all fuses including engine bay ones? Take it glow plug light used to illuminate?

Temperature gauge behaviour indicates a possible ground wire problem

I checked the fuses, nothing so replaced the glow plugs relay, and now it works it also fixed the temperature gauge???

Ahh the pesky relay, that would have been the next question. Glad you’ve sorted it
