Its based on the Golf but with Passat running gear, interior far better than golf/passat and stupidly reliable.

Boring, and Sloooooooow even the 2.0T isn't fast as its lugging all the extra fat from the chassis stiffening and heavy roof gear.

I think they look great with the roof down, not so fussed when they've got the roof up which to be fair in the UK will be most the time

But thats not the point of a convertible, if i wanted a speed machine I'd get a fast m'bike.
