Vista wont let me install stuff

reckons i dont have permission to install some parts of americas army.. just setting this new laptop up now, account admin etc.

checked user account control is off, looked through accounts settings and can't work it out.

i actually don't mind it, hated it at first TBH but it's alright.

just these daft things that are a bit like design faults, your own Computer telling you that you can't install something when you quite obviously want to.
