Shocking to find out that I haven't posted for over 2 months. You'll be pleased to hear that in that time I've moved forward VERY slowly on my B.
1st I've fitted the new clutch cable which seems to have sorted the poor pedal feel. Good.
2nd - new Rad is going in. See if you can spot the difference between old and new....
Excellent next day service from Northern Radiators (www.radiatorsonline.co.uk). Had to order over the phone as the radiator for the B is not listed on t'interweb, but apart from that highly recomended.
3rd I'm putting the front suspension back together with my rebuilt driveshafts, etc (see Leaky Gearbox thread from January for more details if you fancy... )
So, I re-asembled everything, got a neighbour round to apply foot to brake pedal whilst I torqued up the hub nuts. I now need to stake the nuts. Does anyone have any idea how to do this and what tool I should use? I've tried on one side using a hammer and punch, chisel, screwdriver and all I've managed to do is sh*g the nut so I now need another new one. HELP!!!
