Technical Uconnect Live

Hi,
I have recently bought the Fiat500X multijet2 2016. I can’t seem to find a way of getting Uconnect Live to work. It just says service not active and the app doesn’t work
Can anyone help with this please?

The Uconnect service has been turned off. There is a very expensive Mopar connect service to do the same. Most people don't bother.

Thanks for the reply. I wasn’t told this when I bought the car from a main dealer garage, but it came advertised with it. Not something I checked, just test drove it and liked it. Do you have to take it to a Fiat garage to get Mopar installed on it instead then? Not sure if I’ll bother and will just use Google maps on my phone. I wanted to use Uconnect to mirror Google maps on the screen in the car.

Ok thanks. You must have a different spec than me. Mine is a Fiat500X Multjet 2 Cross 2016. I don’t have sat nav built in to Radio. The Radio only has FM/AM. Auto trader says DAB radio in the description but can’t seem to get that either.

I would like to think that your local Fiat dealer parts dept. will do this for free as a customer service. if they won't then tell them you will find another dealer who will and that dealer will get your future business. Also some independent specialist garage subscribe to Fiats latest ePER / parts services so can get exactly the same information.

The information on my car I provided came from a Polish online ePER / KeyPER - POST 2014, however this has been unavailable for some years now as I think Fiat complained.
