Technical Tyre selection for winter

Hello,

I see in the user manual for my car it is indicated as 84 for load for winter;

Why do we need to use 84 for winter and 82 for summer? Can we use 82 or 86 for winter as well?

Seems like higher we can select but lower is not adviced.

It’s hard in the uk to buy anything other than 175/65 R14 82T winter tyres

Out of 28 I found only one 1 wasn’t 82T

So here not a problem as it’s the same rating as summer
