They very, very rarely have dual engine failures. The systems run totally independent. They can even take off with only one engine - the point when they need the engine more than ever.

:nono: no. hammerhead/stall turn although as you rightly said is better than a loop a flick is better
in a loop the G force holds you in a seat, that's why it's boring. a stall turn you go up and then hang loose in your seatbelt which is pretty scary the first time you do it and then the plane falls back down and turns itself in doing so.
a flick is quick, and fun. especially if the plane you're in isn't supposed to be doing flicks
