Blast! I had a near miss with the Baleno, couldn't find where the Ignis was made. It looks impressive in the reviews I've seen, there are a couple on YouTube. Did you find the hybrid gives it useful extra grunt?
Our bigger car (not by much now I've got the 500X) is a Suzuki SX4 S-Cross, and we are very pleased with it. No problems in nearly 2 years (it's nearly 3 years old). The plastic interior trim is a little cheap looking, but robust, and the 1.6 n/a petrol engine returns good mpg - over 50 on a good run. The main dealer service we had was a bit expensive at £333, but we'll use an indy when the warranty has expired.
Let us know how you get on with the Ignis.
