You're always saying get to talk to the tech guys doing the work and that's what I've done. Thought you might have something to say about 2.45 hours for a 0.33 hours job. You're pretty sure they wont make a hash up of it thenT14086 said:If it doesn't work....then what else could it be

I don't understand why anyone would change the switch & motor if it’s not even possible to open it manuallyhes said:Hi, thanks for your reply. The sunroof does not open at all, not even with the emergency 'key' located in the switch box. It has got everyone baffled!
Not had any experience of this but I'd agree - more likely to be a fuse.
The init sequence is very simple.
Did the blind work before?
- Turn switch to closed position
- Press in and hold (like an oven control) until you hear two clicks (the roof will shut if it's already open).
- Release and push in again and hold (within 3 seconds).
- The sunroof should fully open and fully close followed by two clicks as before.
- Release the button and it's initialised
Have you tried the remote?
