General Service stamp issue with fiat.

a few months ago i went into fiat as my service was around 3/4 months over due, i got the service SECOND service done and checked the book when i got home, i noticed they had stamped the THIRD service box so i now have a stamp missing between first and third which i do not like as it looks as its missing a service.

i went back to fiat and said its the cars second service and they replied that the mileage is more than the recommended second service and thats how it works.

where do i stand.

how many miles over was it, cant see you getting a stamp for a 2nd service if you missed it by 000's or more

ah i see, yea probs around 4k over.

then 2nd service was missed so stamps have to show that.

to the wise buyer the stamps mean nothing anyway, detailed bills for work done is always better.
