I recently replaced the motor of the Selespeed Hydraulic Pump on my 02' Stilo Abarth that shows 290 kkm on the dial.
As I got once stucked in neutral with the pump not starting before it came back to life, I monitored pressure with MutltiECUScan while driving and noticed that, from time to time, pressure got too low and generating a P1772 Error.
If pump is not easily accessible, everything was slow but OK and new motor was fitted onto the pump. As I had to detach the whole pump from the hydraulc system, I did all the adjustment procedure through
MES (clutch bleeding, End-Of-Line adjustment) before restarting the car. And everything is now OK !
However, I noticed two things which are puzzling me a bit:
- When removing motor from pump, I found some Selespeed oil at the motor/pump coupling level. A very small quantity in fact and level in system does not change. So, I think this is not a definite leakage, but it looks more like accumulation over time.

So, my first question is: did the ones who removed the motor from pump also found some oil at this level?
- When monitoring parameters after re-assembly and drive check, I noticed that the Clutch Electro-Valve got constantly activated when car is stopped or running below 40/45 km/h even when Neutral is engaged (except when engine is not running). The Bzz of the electro-valve can be heard when taking care to it, but I never noticed that before as I did not care that much. I read through the description of the process in E-Learn, but this is not mentioned. I am wondering if this is normal or not (I had no error generated, and the car is running perfectly).

Can anyone check or tell me if the Clutch Electro-Valve is activated with engine running and car stopped in Neutral?
