Technical Retrofit external temperature sensor

Hello everyone,

I have a Fiat Punto (199) 2014 1.3 Multijet. My car doesn't have external temperature sensor at all. It is really bug me out! Is it possible to retrofit an external temperature sensor? I have checked my mirror and I have a 3-pin mirror (not the 7-pin version).

I don't think its a simple case of pluging a sensor in and it would work.

Its likely your car doesn't have any of the wiring for it, and the computer and display on the day probably don't support it.
