looking online for a new o2 sensor for the punto 1.2 gasoline 69hp, 2015, I need the pre cat one, the one that is sticking out on the heat shield in front of the airbox. but there are many sensors on the online , also the wire needs to be long enough to connect it down the engine. wich sensor do i need? please help. i was looking on autodoc

What you mean the same? Its has 2 sensors upstream sensor and post cat sensor. Its the upstream i need, but the upstream needs to have a longer electrical wire so it can be connected.

OR the alternative.... is there anyway to clean the o2 sensor?? Like with sensor spray i clean maf and map sensors? Or other methods

Which part of my message you don't understand? Sensors should be exactly the same (ePER link)! Period.
Pop the hood/bonnet and check this (where are the connectors/plugs, length of cables).

You can try to clean (solvents) and/or "bake" the sensor (heating gun or a gas torch), not too crazy (not gloving red).
