General Repairs budgeting

I am trying to get an idea of the repair costs that I may encounter in the next three years. I have a Punto 1.4 Easy which was registered June 2012. It has done 22k and has had all the dealer services. Warranty Direct has quoted £849 for their top of the range warranty. Does that sound good value?

I know at the next service the timing belt is scheduled for a change so I guess that will be an additional £200.

I would be grateful for any input.

Hi,
it's a a fairly tough and simple car,
very little is likely to go in the next 18,000 miles

assuming its a manual gearbox, without climate (or Turbo)
