Technical Rear Running Light

We have a 2016 Panda 1.2

The rear running light warning has come on.

The right rear running light doesn't come on. The brake lights do. Is there a separate fuse or something that I'm missing as obviously they appear to be the same bulbs (replaced).

Even though it's just a bulb, there are two filaments inside, it's perfectly normal to break just one of the filaments, leaving the other working perfectly.
