Technical Rear indicators work and so do the bottom lights and brake lights work however the middle lights have stopped working .

I have had problems with a poor earth and connection on the rear lights .
On taking of the lights and connector I could see that the nr side was rusty but the offside was ok .
Have cleaned of the rust but since putting back together the middle lights just don't work .
The indicators work and so do the brake and lights with lower work . Any ideas is it worth new rear bulb holder and new connectors.

Very common problem..lots of posts in the last 15 years

A nail file to clean the contacts.. and a small screwdriver to close the contactor kept my 2007 in reasonable order

Wriggling the cable until it all works can help

TIP: put on sidelights and hazards.. then wriggle the wiring and connector until its all working
