Technical Range display

On my 67 plate Panda I often use the range display to decide when to fill up. Unfortunately I then have to press the end of the RH stalk 10 times to get past all the other functions such as mpg.

Is there a short cut I am missing?

Just leave it on the range setting - it should remember this and not need selecting each time.

I know of no shortcut.

I also use the range display (and leave it on that) but find it to be quite 'variable' - it can show 200 miles remaining, but then still show this after a 100 mile drive to Norfolk. Coming back the other day I started with a full tank and a range of 450 miles - but a spirited blat on the M11 saw it drop 100 miles of range in just 8 miles of motorway!
