My DVD player in my laptop only works sporadically, it'll be fine for a week or two and then wont work at all, when I insert a DVD it recognises it, makes the usual start up noises, it lights up ..and then stops before the DVD loads, if I right click on 'my computer' theres no icon for the DVD drive, and yet if I go into Device Manager its the DVD is working... can anyone help?
