Just thought you might find this interesting. Had the front suspension on the TwinAir refreshed at the end of last year..Monroe shocks, new OEM top mounts, top plates, QH droplinks.
Over the past week the car has begun to groan, getting worse today with that groaning sound increasing and showing itself also on low speed steering.
At first I though it may be the anti roll bar bushes or the top mounts (only as I couldn't believe the droplinks could fail that quickly!), but no I have just replaced the passenger side drop link for one of the spares I had (Birth unit). The bottom ball joint of the QH unit was completely dry and rubbing itself to bits... After less than 6 months!
