Washed and waxed over the weekend thinking of getting some wind deflectors like homeward has and have bought some 35% tinting film to try and cut out some of the summer heat so still lots in the pipe line but for now it looks like this

Got a new keyring for my mk2b,


also ordered some wind deflectors for a 5 door but when they arrived I realised I'd ordered grande deflectors for a 5 door so they now have to go back then wait for a replacements

It's just a matt vinyl, I did them before but after a year they were looking tatty so I took them off again, I took the opportunity today to put them back on

Front of the car was beginning to look really grotty decided to restore the headlights as they were quite yellow and scratched.....

I used a harsh paint cutting compound (autosmart evo 6) as in one of the pictures. Took me about half an hour with a machine polisher

Wind deflectors arrived but don't fit, I suspect they have sent me a pair of front deflectors from a 3 door, the rears fit fine though

Contact them - Its not swollen seals causing it to be pushed back?

yeah they is 3 door ones,

did you buy these from main supplier in poland?

They came from a German company with a uk base in London, they are going to send another set out

New wind deflectors arrived this morning took 20min to fit and I really like them

Just need to try them out on the road
