I would like to see it run rich. Disconnect the cat lambda so it uses its safe default settings. Run it for 10 miles and check the plugs. If not too much air or not enough fuel is getting into the system. Yes it will throw up a code because it recognised it's been disconnected but we need to know if it's a sensor fault or fuel pump or air leak. Otherwise we will be going round changing everything until we hit on the right part.

Thats a shout ill see if i can unplug it now and after the drive to work tomorrow (33miles) so pre cat unplug ?

Don't run it too long like that. 30 miles will be fine.
