Technical Panda 2011 fuse box position

I have just fetched my Fiat Panda 2011 from my garage and am wondering if the fuse box is fixed right. It is laying on a slant. Is that right? Or should it lay flat?

Yes it's normally slanted, as long as it's fixed firmly it's fine
