Hi
Is it possible to eliminate the oil accumulation in the intake that comes from the crankcase breather hose?
Engine does not consume oil and appears no blow by.

Search Panda catch can. The answer is yes. You need to ask why its sucking oil though, and it may be there is an underlying problem with worn valve stems / rings but a catch can will collect it and I have fitted one to two of our Pandas to good effect. Cost is minimal, c £25 it also stops mayo under the filler cap. It keeps the throttle body clean and stops build up of oil / mayo in the manifold that we were experiencing

Remove the breather pipe and poke out the flame arrester. Clean this and the pipe and refit it and replcae the pipe too.

Pipe is new,no mayo effect and no flame arrester inside that hose. It all comes from the thinner breather pipe that sends unfiltered crankcase fumes directly to the intake. In contrast to the thicker pipe that leads to the air filter. Pretty weird engineering pattern.
