At first I would like to say hello to everybody, I'm new here on the Fiat Forum

I have a Fiat Brava since 4 years, its an Brava TD 100, and since 2 days I'm having a "bad" sound on my diesel engine!!!
It comes after a fast drive on the highway before the engine get off during the drive!!!
The engine doesn't have much oil inside, because of the defected turbocharger... I've checked the head of the engine and there was nothing wrong, and now I think I've destroyed something other inside the engine...
can anyone of you guys please help me and tell me what could It be!?!???
And yea the engine is still strong and I can drive with It like I always did, It just has this BAD SOUND, which I really fear.
