Technical Bad starting

Hi all,
My bravo is a 1.9d and the past week is takes a long time to start in the mornings.
I have changed the glow plug relay but I still have the problem.
It only started to happen after I was driving last week and the car felt like it was on ice, then lack of power like turbo problems.
I had the egr cleaned and problem with power fixed but since then poor starting. Keeps cranking, and eventually it will start.
Any help please

If the compression is good then probably glow plugs or fuel pump..

Please confirm year and engine output

These early bodies had 75/100/110 and 115.. some quite different
