gaz little is more - you put far too much in :yuck:
Coffee double caffienated, quadruple sweetened is good, if you don't have time for sleep, but in the main subtle flavouring is the way I would go.

Heating liquids in microwaves is fine, as long as you are careful!
We constantly warm up children's milk in it, 1m10s on medium power, then shaken really well to ensure no hot spots.
We went to a hotel a few years back, and they refused to warm it up for us this way - the bar manageress preferred to give us a bucket full of boiling hot water, and told us to put the bottles in that - obviously a lot safer with kids around and scalding water just waiting to be knocked over.......

i got some cappuchino stuff in my office you just add hot water - its ok but you cant beat the real thing - oh and its not monday YAY just wednesday, thursday and friday then weekend
i always do jake bottles in the micro as stu said there little rebel and reach for anything that they shouldnt and i feel it much safer than leaving tubs of hot water around i also take a sip before handing it to jake as i find that my hand can take all temps but my tongue cant

The dangers of doing so can be spectacular, it's called super heating, the first example I found on yahoo:

Some say it's not true as it could happen in any cooking equipment etc. However, the difference with a micro is what you put the water in.
It's worth knowing about if nothing else.

i had no trouble heating the milk up in the microwave, i just need to remember to take the spoon out next time
my first attempt at milky coffee last night was a disaster, it made me sick and gave me a massive headache, i tried another one this morning and that was fine

think it was just putting in a wee bit more than you need
