But the cars can get temperamental at any time, not just once a month
depends, well ur only 17, so if you mod ur car then it will pull the babe in, so maybe not one or the other, mybe abit of both or one after the other (car first)

Yeah, they really can do that...
My 1242 is a prime example of that.
But still, even my mechanic (well more mate than business type) prefers cars to women on the reliability...and his woman is legendary in the reliability stakes. For some odd reason he reckons my 1242 is like a mistress though, and should be destroyed ASAP.
Oh well....he doesnt know the fun that car can bring
.My advice is sod the car- wait until you can afford to insure it modified before modifying it, and just hone your going out and having a good time technique...it comes in VERY handy whilst at uni / college or just generally
