Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has fitted this to their 1.9D sporting, really am considering buying it and fitting it to my car but thought I'd see if anyone has any experience with this kit or similar?

All I really need to know is:

Does it work properly and not cause any issues?

What does it sound like as I don't want it sounding like a wet hairdryer!!!!

Any pics would be awesome and videos would be even better [emoji3]

This is it on eBay!

Cheers guys and gals [emoji13][emoji12][emoji274]

Personally, i'd stay with the original airbox. It provides some silencing to the intake.

Induction cone filters on diesels don't give the same induction roar you'd get on a petrol engine. You'll just get a deep drone all the time with a whoosh or sucking noise.

On a turbo there's really little point as it will just work that bit harder to overcome gas flow restrictions. Unplug your standard intake snout (not the filter itself) The induction kit will be a lot worse.

You will gain more with a free flowing exhaust.
