No such thing as "full diagram".
Diagrams are specific function based (charging and startup, power windows, lights, doors/central locking, radio, A/C and so on).
Which one do you need first? Check the "e-Learn" link mentioned above.

That's not automotive question, but more electronics related. This will be PCB, component level repair.
It has probably nothing to do with car diagrams at all.
Instrument panel has fairly simple connection, power and CAN communication.
