itunes questions

my desktop got a bit too overwhelmed with everything i do on it so i got myself a laptop for my iPhone stuff, the mrs MP3 player and general internet/email stuff then use the PC for dedicated graphics/video and audio work.

now heres my question about itunes.

do i just scrap everything on it on the PC (as the music in the library isnt mine and is low quality and will be ditched) and restart afresh on the laptop? if so how does that work with iphone only being able to be attatched to so many PCs?

or is there another way?

You should be able to plug the iPhone into the new laptop - however any music will have to be wiped on it so you can load in the new stuff.

i dont want that to happen, i have purchases (tunes and apps) that are on my phone that are not on the old itunes on my desktop (mainly coz the desktop is buggered)

is there a way around this?
