??? Is HE happy with a Fiat 500...??? LOL Of course SHE is....!!! Well I think she is, we haven`t spoken to her for a few weeks but I was going to ring tomorrow to say some Fiat 500 owners might be staying at the Hotel. What do you think...?

:DBut i`m sure a couple of the other`s that are helping have the middle ones...:slayer:

Tango Timmy(y)

Erhhem! lol

Forgot to add we will be doing Southampton to East Cowes. Would it be possible to meet somewhere on the Sunday morning to arrive at Harwoods in a convoy? Perhaps Tesco at Ryde, if everyone is that side of Ryde.

Yeah would be good to meet up there. Tesco's is about a 10-15 minute drive from the Sandringham and as you know Booklady, its about 1 minute from your campsite (nice campsite by the way!):)

I could meet you all at the Sandringham on the Sunday morning if you wanted so that you could follow me and find your way to Tesco's and then Harwoods unless that has already been sorted:)

It would be nice to turn up in convoy at Harwoods.

Oh and i'm up for the get together on Saturday night! Should have a spangly clean 500 by then thanks to Mark:worship: If its raining i'll get a lift!

:D

Kite Hill campsite is in Wooton Bridge which is nearer Harwoods than Tesco/Sandown, so I think actually we will stay at Carpenters farm which is probably the one you're thinking of SJ (on the left just before you go into St Helen's). and it's only £4.50 per person per night (y) we've stayed there several times before so we know it's OK!

Nice site:) We have a Holiday home at Nodes Point Holiday Park in St Helens. We will be living there for the season so I will only be 5 Minutes away:) Scary Huh? lol

I did mention Beaper farm at one point!

Love St Helens and the Duver, Bembridge etc, my fave part of the Island.

Us too - we have stayed in one of the three caravans on the beach beside the Bay Watch cafe. Was really nice waking so close to the sea. We have been told they are being replaced with up-market ones so will have a look in May.

btw - is it Duver as in lover or Duver as in hoover?

Its is Duver as in Lover pronounced Duvver :)

In the summer I am about 5 Minutes walk from the Duver and the Baywatch. I walk the dog along those parts daily:)

Its beutiful around there, especially during the hot weather when walking in the sea:) Can't wait for the summer now!

Aw Si, don't be thinking Tim's got you down for those!
He must have meant me!
Hehe:p

HeHe!

I`m up for that beach as well and Bembridge to Whitecliff bay beach, but then most of the beaches are good at different times of the year...(y) They all have there own character really I guess:cool: Roll on the spring...!!

Sadly I don`t enjoy cockles bit I`ve had many fish from there, and they alsways are really tasty, the water is really clear sometimes for swimming in as well, a nice relaxing part of the Island....!! an interesting harbour to walk around with loads of different things to see, and a cafe at both ends.
