is it time to get rid-hope not

hi all.recently had a problem with my 1.2 bravo. it begun juddering when sitting in traffic and would eventually cut out.after re-start as soon as i took foot off accelerator it would cut out.called the aa and they said the throttle body needed taken off and cleaned,which i have had done.also had a diognostic done at fiat dealer which showed no faults.today it began doing the same thing.any advice anyone as i dont want to trade her in just yet.

could this be an idle control valve fault?? if it cleaning the throttle body helpped find one in a scrap yard and change it see if thats better
