Technical How to disconnect door wiring

Does everyone know how to disconnect for these and check for breaks in the wiring?

To disconnect prise grey plastic clip up vertical and wriggle connector at the same time, do the opposite to refit as it needs to locate , do not twist connector.
Presumably you will need to identify each terminal with door panel off to test for continuity.
Do it carefully as some bright bu**er has broken the clip on my drivers door and wire tied and glued it!!!
