Technical 500l door wont open at all

Hi,
Stumbled across this forum and thought I'd chance my arm to ask for help.
I have a 500L, 2015 1.3.
The rear off side door will not open from the inside or outside.
Is there a way to either open the door or remove the door card?
Also what could the problem be?
Apologise in advance if there a thread for this I did look honest

Its a common enough issue on a panda.. a few threads on here regarding that


I take it the ChildLock was on..??

No the child lock was off

Unusual if both inner and outer releases have failed ....

Yeah, struggling to find out what would cause it or how to get at the mechanism when the door is unable to be opened

A long shot, but worth a try perhaps.

Put the key in the driver's doorlock, then turn it left, left, right.
