I'll join in.
Ahem the err diet sort of went out the window... as usual..... Cod Fish Supper from The Wee Hurrie for tea.
Last time I got weighed which was coming up for 3wks ago I was 12st,7.5lbs so just a bit over my max goal weight of 12st 5lbs.

I need to get the bike fixed up really & while the weathers decent cycle to work, rather than driving.. hmmm
 
I think we need to get a new thread for "FS Skinny club" :(

I am fed up having the body of a 12 year old boy again after getting to a nice size (muscle not just bigger) over a year ago so I have started with the protein shakes, supplements and lifting free weights again :D

So unlike everyone here trying to cut down, I am trying to take in soooo much more calories a day haha

Not fair and definitely not what I want to hear. Take it else where ;p

Time for me to start being good again. usual rules even though I'm technically still on holiday until next week - how's that for being dedicated

bah wish i was, look at something an i pile on weight. Not had a take away for a while an cut down on portions so hopefully that will have helped. Still biking/walking to work, just need to get sorted so i can have a better walk at lunch

I'd swear that happens with me too but if I'm really honest it's lack of will power and inability to live moderately.

Only managed 6 hours before falling off the wagon again.

Time for an update


I’ve been fairly good in giving up chocolate but only because my sweet tooth has been indulged by strawberries and raspberries from the garden. This will all change when the season ends so suggestions please for healthy/tasty replacements.

I’m definitely losing weight which was demonstrated by being able to pull on a pair of old jeans without needing to undo the zip or button just before I went on holiday. They got chucked for being manky with paint so I’ve not been able to check if this is still the case but as my biggest critic, my mother, has commented on my weight loss recently I’m happy I’m not going backwards.

Night out tomorrow though….

I promise I’ll be good…

Im not doing so good..

Due to move/decorating Ive had a few takeaways of late. Now were on a boat til the weekend, eating whatever there happens to be. Due to hectic workloads etc excercise has gone out of the window for a bit too. Must get back on track when on dry land.
 
Wish I could say the same. Feel better but lots of bad stuff these last few weeks. Take aways, rolls and the odd buttery again.

In good news, I'd loaned my bike out to a mates wee brother and get that back Sunday so once my workload drops a bit cycling will be back on the agenda. Huzzah!

who needs brakes, they just slow you down lmao My boss borrowed my bike a couple of weeks ago, I didn't think the brakes were that bad but he thought they were lethal lol, will have to sort it out a little, needs a new rear wheel fitted, got one just cba fitting it, the buckled one is just holding up :/
 
Not really fat loss related but months ago I bought a proper mountain bike and was going to get back into mountain biking . . . but like everything else I never got round to it. With the traffic on Ellon road just now I decided to take the bike to work this morning . . . MY LEGSSSSSSSSSS!! lol

I have been going to the gym and doing weights again which I presumed would of made it easier on the legs . . . I was wrong :(
