However, unless you want the dealers goodwill to go, under no circumstances contact customer service, because all they do is ring the dealer and moan!!! Then the dealer will mark you out as a problem customer...
Not anymore mate,theres a new system in operation which is aimed to get the customer sorted out as soon as possible so its hopeful the car will arrive quicker than 2 months...dealers give customers a second chance aswell
