Technical Fiat 500 wheels on Fiat Panda?

Hey all. I´m in need of some newer tires for my Panda. I´m thinking of just buying a used set of wheels with newer tires, and being able to buy the Fiat 500 steelies would make it easier to find. Has anyone done this, and is it ok to do?
There seems to be a slight difference - a stock panda wheel/tire is 165/65 14, Rim: 5Jx14 ET38, and a 500 is 165/65 14- Rim: 5.5Jx14 ET35.
So 3mm difference in offset, and 0.5 inch wider rim

I can't see any problems
