Hello all. My first q in here. I`m a happy owner of Fiat Panda 169 4x4 1.2 60hp
02/2007. It has a clutch problem and i think i`ve to order 3-piece clutch kit for it.
The issue is that there seems to be two options for clutch plate diameter: 180mm
and 190mm. How do i know which one is in my Fiat without removing the gearbox first? Local dealer don`t help, because car is not purchased from their salespoint...Sorry, if i use this great language wrong. It is not my native one.
Thanks for the help in advance.

it is confusing

the Sachs catalogue only lists 190mm

Buy both, and return the one you don't need for a refund once the car is fixed.

This works in most situations where you can't be sure which part you'll need until the car is dismantled, but need the car to get to the factors to buy the part.

It's probably better than this attempt at a reply in yours!

Osta molemmat ja palauta se, jota et tarvitse palautusta varten, kun auto on korjattu.

According to the LUK catalogue.
Normal 2wd 60hp petrol Panda from 2003 to 2010 is 180mm
4x4 60hp petrol Panda from 2004 on is 190mm

All the diesels appear to be 200mm.
100HP is also 200mm. (same part numbers)

Later 69hp 2wd from 2010 to 2012 is also 200mm, same part numbers as the 100hp/diesel.
(though the 4x4 for the same dates and 69hp still has 190mm)

yep something wrong.

either fiat fitted what was available or the catalogue is wrong

I have recently fitted a clutch to a post 2010 1.2 69hp. The original measured 192mm and has a matching raised area on the flywheel. 200 will not fit.

at least LUK and Sachs match at 190 for the 4x4 60hp
