I'm getting hangs of 20, 30 and 40 seconds yet the thing at the bottom of the page reports things like this:

Must be a big a** mailshot to tie up such a well spec'd server lol.
Over 120,000 emails each time. It's not the mailing bit that does it, but for every email that goes out, database records are written

There is an issue with that though in the fact that as they are in RAID, they don't support TRIM.Schweet
Not sure how much of an effect this will have, but I think it's going to cause performance degradation. Might be better splitting them and just having more frequent backups?

Hmm tricky one. I thought more modern RAID controllers supported TRIM on SSD's? Either that or more modern SSD's support TRIM while in RAID (built into drives firmware). Can't remember which way round that is lol.

I think I'll do a format and restore of the DB SSDs in the next week or so, help with the TRIM problem and see if that's an issue.
Curses - doesn't support a complete erase as they are connected through a RAID controller.
I really hope this isn't the reason for the issues, as that can't be changed then
