Was awful again for me at lunchtime, verging on pointless.
What did the times say?
i just had a bit of a hang when getting new posts but the times dont match up

The problem I was having earlier was that the page was loading down to the bottom of the last post, but not loading the rest of the page (ie. Quick Reply, Currently Active Users, Posting Rules, etc) - yet saying it was done, sounds like the same issue m20b25 was having.
I've had that issue in the past but not for a while now (months)

When I get back to Taipei - I'll install a test run of Apache on the server - if it is a FastCGI problem, this should resolve that.
It's working well over here now, could it be an intermittent location thing?

its definitely some of the problem, but the delays when the number is low is something else.
lets try Apache in a weeks time and see if it resolves that part, then look at mysql.

i've not had any hangs for a while now.. Just my 'like', 'dislike' & 'thanks' buttons rarely work - but that i'm sure is another issue altogether. It is quite annoying though

Loading very slow, every page.
click a link, then go pour a guinness, surely that takes about the right amount of time lol.. Might be a bit pissed after a bit of surfing though lol
