no, those on pictures are from barchetta.

crankshaft and 3 piston rods are on milling to 1 special. flying bearing turned inside. :bang:

on the road again. (Willie Nelson) all is changed what could be changed. from crankshaft to camshaft, spend more than 1600€. :bang: i hope no more surprises in next 12month until i pay off that...

... few days later...

but on the road to vacation, car died because alternator wasn't charging, and battery was out of power. 130€ alternator, 70€ hands , 120€ towing service for about 40km  :bang:

so i need to calm down, and start on "head up display"
battery indicator, in/out temperature and digital clock.

I dont have floor in barch, so i decide to do something about.
Sika MultiSeal and 3cm of stirodur. all gaps and holes will be filled by filc. on top will create tub from polyester covered with floor mat. so in case of watter leaking, it will remain in that tub.

( this is not a joke :D )

never give younger sister or brother to drive your car, they will pull handbrake and it will freeze. so i have to drive it with blocked back wheels to garage... it was like dog when running only on FWD and dragging last legs to scratch his a$$.

any info on the tub you are making for the foot wells.
Mine keeps getting water under te mat from weird locations.

no news about tub, it's too cold to work outside and garage is too small. idea is to make it from fiberglass so will be water proof. also will cover it with rubber sheets or some material that is easy to clean (like soft-top material).

under seat tub will have drain-hole and hose to under car, because to remove tub you have to remove seats. front tub will be easy to remove... few bolts just to be sure that tub will not move... or even without bolts, it will be quite tight.

now i just order some stuff from time to time... this just arrive few days ago. Xenon Harness Kit... i had problems with xenon, they were not working fine. so i order this kit. it will power ballasts directly from battery, and relay will be connected to headlight wires.

custom dial backgrounds... i will post DIY tutorial when i finish them. and will also post templates with dimensions. this will be my winter project... i just need to test on different types of paper to find best results. problem is that inkjet's black colour is not strong enough....maybe later printer will be better.

my friends were busy this night... i have wedding on 12.05.12, and when my parents and my bride's parents meets first time to arrange wedding there is a tradition to mess up house land as much as possible (or/and in time of engagement)... we didn't tell anybody about this "parents meeting", but somehow somebody knew that... imagine how will be if all firends knew that.

all items are allowed... calx, water, feathes, hay, (most popular) toilet paper, bottle caps, sawdust, cassette tape, painting dogs, shaving cats, making poo biscuits on porch....

How crazy is that!!

we had EU referendum yesterday... 66% persons voted for EU... should I worry? only what i like in EU is open borders... so i could buy stuff without customs fee and not waiting months to receive them.

F4usT, I think the printing of the dials will be a specialised job as it almost needs a light proof coat printed on the plastic first. I doubt that a laser or inkjet printer will do the job. It may have to be taken to a printer who outputs advertising/exhibition materials. Great project though. Can't wait to see more.

The messing up of the house is funny but I am glad no one did it to me. I hope the B was safely locked away.
