Long delay in this but

Twinair 4x4 2019 front pipe is 48mm external size
1.2 2016 front pipe is 50mm external size

Both as far as can be seen are teh same bore all teh way back

Im sorry bit took so long. But measured with calipers so it should be dead right.
The system is light weight particularly at the front so the clamp on one shown above would almost certainly do It might requirew bending. There seems to be decent clearance. Ive had exhaust places use two or three jubilee clips wrapeed round the pipe clamping a simple piece of rod, bent to the required shape. You dont need any end stops just leave the piece that goes in the rubber hanger about 5cm longer. Its not going to fall off unless hit very hard from the wrong side anyway. Not all aftermarket exhausts have the retaining blob on the hanger ends anyway.
