I think I have seen a full one for £220, not sure how much labour would be to fit or how long?Price it up for best option.

If all the bolts undid nicely and you had the use of a ramp, probably less than an hour, but I am not saying a garage would quote you that, bolts often seize and a job can take much longer.
Isn't it a new, custom made exhaust? Looks lovely to me.
I've seen the photos. Your silencer (box) is in the middle, photo 3 in your post #24. Nothing wrong there. Everything is ok, like everyone told you.I don't even have a rear back box

All ours have black staining on the flexis and to be honest I think its entirely normal. The newest looked like this after 3 months. Any condensation on cold starts can ooze through the mesh. Your photo looks A1 indeed pretty well brand new.
If you do change exhausts beware there are two different sizes if pipes. I bought a cheap system from eBay and we sold the car a year or so later. We got entirely what we paid for.... a cheap system. I did buy a Polish system for my Bravo from eBay which was both cheap and top quality but the supplier has gone following our exit from EU.
