Technical engine differences fiat 199B6.000 vs fiat 312A2.000

Apart from the obvious horse power difference, anyone know what the differences are with these engines.
(with reference to the engines only)
I briefly looked at the injectors, and they seemed to be the same part numbers.
The MAP sensor manufacturers number was difference between the two engines.

But where does the extra power come from, is it just ECU mapping?

Any info would be appreciated.
