Anyone watching this on TV now- what a fiasco, the facts about the tags are different from what i have been led to believe from the media

Stuff human rights, if they are that serious and have to be on tags then they should have GPS chips in them.
The shocking fact that got me was 17 Terror suspects are on electronic tags and 7 have gone missing

well what can i say.
seems we use more tags that the rest of europe combined!!! other countries obviously build enough prisons to deal with their scum.
again we try and mix public and private sectors leading to miscommunication and cock ups
scum playting the system,people dying(yes proven deaths) due to tagging failures.
build prisons,make tags fully trackable and only for those who have 'earned' an early release
