Technical Electric problem

Hi,
I have an Panda 1000 year 1986 and there seams to be a problem with the electricity. I have just completed a full service and gone through everythig mecanic. Changed chocks, start motor, battery and many more things. I got the car from my dad and it has been standing for 3 years.
Now to the problem.. When I turn the iginition on the only lamp that lights up is the oilpressure lamp. The startmotor works fine. Everything else is dead. No turn signals, no lights, no hazzard light, no ventilation, no nothing exept for startmotor and oilpresure lamp.
What could be wrong? Is there a relay in this car that can cut all electricity? I have tried to find a relay diagram on line but cant find it.
Would greatly appriciate help to get my dads car running again.

Either a main fuse.... if it has these or a wire not connected seems most likely. Check any connectors that were removed have gone back together without pins bending.
Have all the wires gone back on the battery?

If its been three years are you sure you haven't had rodent damage.

Check your earth leads and connections too. Earth leads can disintegrate without this being visibly obvious. Also could be the key switch its self.
