Technical Electric problems

2010 panda Hi all got some strange electrical problems these all happened at the same time a few seconds after the car started. 1st I noticed the interior fan stopped. So I stopped the car to fiddle with other switches and noticed the front and rear window washers don’t work and the cigarette lighter and latter realized the electric windows don’t work after the car is turned of normally they work for 10 seconds or so if you don’t open the door. And also when turning to ignition on the windows don’t work for 5-10 seconds

I have changed every fuse on the car and swapped relays around cleaned the under hood earth points I have the 4 red relays on order (far fetched 4 relays going same time) any one had the same problem before

Na I gave mine to my dad I will have to order 1

Na ordered a meter should be here in 2 days the new relay’s will come tomorrow

Ya done all I can for that’s why I reached out hoping someone had the same unconnected problem
